Breakfast items include scones, cinnamon rolls, and biscuits- served with gravy or as the base of a delicious breakfast sandwich! Lunch items include sandwiches and salads, including their featured BMF Salad, a spring mix with dried cranberries, red onion, tomato, toasted pecans, shaved parmesan cheese, and a choice of dressing! Featured Desserts include Old Fashioned Buttermilk Sheet Cake, Le Petit Silk- French Silk Pie in a cup topped with pecan crumble, and Chef Jamie’s famous Bread Pudding!

The menu is a collaboration between Chef Jamie Boaz and Chef Nicholas Woods. Both Chefs hold extensive backgrounds in the culinary industry. Chef Jamie has been cooking professionally for over 30 years in restaurants and catering across Southern Illinois and Southern Indiana. 12 of those years were at Klubhause 61 (operated by Schnitzelbank), through this position, Chef Jamie was able to study traditional German dishes in Pfaffenweileir, Germany, a program sponsored by the Sister City Committee of Jasper to keep the German heritage alive in Jasper, IN. Chef Jamie also participated in Chefs of Note in Evansville, where he was one of five chefs selected to prepare tastings and give demonstrations for an audience of 150 at the Evansville Philharmonic.

“The menu combines three or four food truck concepts I’ve been conceptualizing since 2020. Once we’re ready to launch the full menu, we’ll feature a Mac & Cheese section with a variety of topping options, and a Fried Chicken Sandwich—hand-breaded to order and served in several unique styles, such as an orange chicken sandwich with slaw or a Cordon Bleu sandwich with garlic-dill aioli. We’ll also offer catering services and a selection of Take-and-Bake meals. During the off-season, we plan to host special events, including dinners paired with wine, beer, and spirits from our neighbors at Patoka Lake Winery, Patoka Lake Brewing, and Old Homestead Distillery. We’re also considering offering Cajun Buffets on weekends during Lent.”- Chef Jamie Boaz
