This will be a hybrid session simulcast from our friends at Harrison County Community Foundation and a light lunch at the Community Foundation of Crawford County’s Community Room.
Carl Williams, founder of 20/twenty Strategic Consultants, will speak on a range of topics related to nonprofit internal controls, including cash and donation controls, segregation of duties, bank reconciliations, policies beyond bylaws, succession policies, conflict of interest, document retention, and whistleblower policies. A light lunch will be included, as well as time for conversation among the attendees and CFCC staff.
This event is free for all nonprofits serving Crawford County. An RSVP to Charbeson@cf-cc.org is required by June 27 if you want lunch.
