Cave Country Canoes

Cave Country Canoes is located in the heart of Indiana’s Cave Country on the beautiful Blue River. Whether you are looking for a relaxing trip, an adventure, or something in between Cave Country Canoes has you covered with wildlife, rapids, and the abundant scenic beauty of Blue River.

Paddler enthusiasts of all skill levels from first-time to experienced can come for a half-day, full-day, or two days of canoeing or kayaking.

Marengo Cave Family Fun Park

Marengo Caves has two caves to explore: Crystal Palace – packed with formations. This easy 40-minute tour winds through formation-filled rooms and past huge flowstone deposits. Dripstone Trail – Big. Really Big. This 60-minute tour is known for delicate soda straws, totem pole stalagmites, and Penny Ceiling. Our gift shop offers 3,000 square feet of thoughtful gift ideas, educational items, and mementos.

Patoka Lake

8,000 acres of water on 25,800 acres of DNR property, Patoka Lake offers boating, watersports, swimming, fishing, hunting, camping, biking, hiking, and has nine boat ramps, a beach, Nature Center, archery range, disc golf course, trails, picnic areas, and campsites.

O'Bannon Woods State Park

3,000 acres in the midst of the Harrison-Crawford State Forest, O’Bannon Woods State Park offers canoeing, camping, fishing, biking, hiking, horse trails, hunting, swimming, picnic areas, a Nature Center, the Blacksmith Forge, and Pioneer Farmstead.

Sycamore Springs Park

The park offers fishing, hiking, swimming, and picnicking, all free of charge to the community and is open from April 1 to November 1 from 8 am to 8:30 pm EST. Overnight camping (both RV and primitive) is available with a small charge.

Ohio River

Along the southern boundary of Crawford County, the mighty Ohio includes the Horseshoe Bend and 130-mile Cannelton Pool, excellent for boaters.

Red Hill Fiber Mill

At Red Hill Fiber Mill & Alpaca Farm, we raise a herd of alpaca for their fiber. We process our herd, as well as several other farms from across the country. Farm and Mill tours are available by appointment!

Patoka Lake Winery

Patoka Lake Winery features a Tasting Room that is open daily to the public. It also offers a large gift shop, wine sales, and nice places to sit and sip. We also have Winery Suites (above the Tasting Room) or Silo Suites (in converted silos attached to the winery). And don’t forget that we offer an event space for small groups or large gatherings. It’s perfect for all kinds of private events

Marengo Cave Family Cabins

Enjoy modern amenities like central heat/air, electricity, outlets for charging, and even a refrigerator. We also have free WIFI available at the gift shop!
All four cabins have their own specified picnic area with fire-pit, charcoal grill, picnic tables, and fireside seating.
Clean Restrooms and showers are located just a short walking distance away.
A large shelter house with playground, corn hole games, and even a little free library for those who like a good read. All will keep the kiddos occupied.

Located approximately 10 minutes away from the Little Patoka Boat Ramp, White Oaks offers a secluded cabin retreat rarely found in Kentuckiana. We are located on 86 wooded acres, with a creek, pond and 10 cabins! Each cabin can comfortably sleep 4 and possibly up to 6 if needed. Our cabins are rustic style and the peacefullness of the property can help you get back to nature and relax. We do have room for boat parking, if you plan to spend time at the lake while you are in the area.
