IV-D CASE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION AND HIRING PROCESS

The Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is interviewing for a position as a IV-D
Case Manager. The start date is January 3, 2023. The full-time position (36 hrs/week) currently
has a base salary of $24,100.00 annually with a Crawford County benefit package and carries
Public Employee Retirement Fund (PERF) eligibility and responds directly to the elected and
chief deputy prosecutor. Prior ISETS / Child Support Tracking System knowledge would be
beneficial for this position but is not a requirement. Other expectations and responsibilities
include:
 

  • Managing a case load of approximately 350 cases;
  • Attention to detail in filing or reviewing cases;
  • Defuse any complaint or issue that a client might have;
  • Attend meetings as needed with our state alliance;
  • Maintain required continuing education and training;
  • Meet with regional field consultant about changes or updates with policies within the
    state;
  • Attend yearly conferences or other meetings that may be beneficial to your position;
  • Understand and uphold the laws and confidentiality that is involved with our cases;
  • Adhere to Federally mandated rules and regulations involved with our cases
  • Follow the “worklist” that is provided by the state that pertains to new information on
    each case;
  • Enter court orders into the state system correctly to allow us to properly enforce our case;
  • Other duties as assigned.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 
JOB DESCRIPTION AND HIRING PROCESS

The Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office seeks candidates for the position of Office
Administrator. This position will be a full-time county employee, has a base salary of $22,495 (36 hrs/week) with benefits, and responds directly to the elected and chief deputy prosecutor.  Responsibilities will include reception of guests and telephone calls, data entry, database management, use of Microsoft Office to draft office documents, calendar management, office supply procurement, facilitating communication among the office and between our office and other criminal justice stakeholders, tasks necessary to the fulfillment of these responsibilities, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will continue in service at the discretion of the elected prosecutor.
